Apple has officially expanded its laptop lineup with the introduction of the MacBook Neo. Positioned as an accessible yet capable entry point into the Mac ecosystem, the Neo focuses on balancing everyday performance with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

Design and Build Quality

The MacBook Neo features a familiar, durable aesthetic but marks a significant milestone in Apple’s environmental goals. It is constructed from a recycled aluminum enclosure, contributing to a total of 60 percent recycled content by weight—the highest percentage ever used in an Apple product.

The device is available in four distinct finishes: Silver, Blush, Citrus, and Indigo, offering users a range of expressive colors without compromising the professional build quality expected of the brand.

The laptop is equipped with a 13-inch Liquid Retina display. With a resolution comprising 3.6 million pixels and a peak brightness of 500 nits, the panel is designed to provide clarity for both creative work and media consumption. For communication, the Neo includes a 1080p FaceTime HD camera.
